The warm welcome from the reception team was so great and they were so informative, big thanks to the reception manager who looked after us. The room was spacious and always clean toward the holiday, thanks to the house keeping lady.

It was a great stay with everything within the Medina complex. We had a great time as a family as there was plenty to do to keep busy. The staff from all departments including reception team, cleaning team and catering team were remarkably approachable and always did their work with a smile and deserve a special mention. We enjoyed the pools, theme park and water park a lot. The museums were interesting to explore. The beach was clean and beautiful. Thank you for the upgrade to a royal suite which was stunning and spacious.

The location is good, inside the medina, access to the traditional souk from the resort. The buffet, the food variety, and the taste were delicious. The pools were clean, and the animation was great for all the family. Clean rooms and spacious.

This sprawling resort accommodates easily 500+ guests, many of whom have chosen various meal options, leading to crowded buffet experiences especially in the evening. Still, the food is quite varied and at times really good. Due to the mass of people there can be a bit of shoving around the buffet, and about half an hour after opening things may no longer look quite so appetizing. I was first given a room at pool level, which reeked of chlorine and otherwise also was not very inviting with some smoker sitting comfortably puffing cigarettes on "my" veranda. This was then changed to a very spacious suite at a higher level with a balcony, which was very cozy, just that the Internet did not really work (sometimes in the living room, and never in the bedroom). There is an impressive underground conference center, and staff is very friendly and helpful within their means. There are also some "extras" such as beach access and some tickets to rides, but these remained quite opaque to me, as they were only quickly rattled down at check-in but not mentioned anywhere else. There is easy access to a "medina" with many sellers praising their various fares to the tourists but I failed to spot anything really worth a second look.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in hammamet and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the relaxing spa to the delicious dining options. The location was perfect, conveniently situated near attractions and with easy access to transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting hammamet for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I love the staff!! Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful, I must pinpoint the men at the reception desk! Super helpful, and friendly. I also must say that the cleaning ladies did an amazing job, and of course the animators were awesome ppl as well! Overal we had a great vacation! Highly recommend this place. Btw the food was just DELIGHTFUL! Everyday we said we will not eat this much but couldnt help ourselves as there was always something new to try :). Oh yeah and I almost forgot, we booked the hammam sauna with massage and massage was THE BEST we ever had! Amazing!!

Our stay at Diar Lamdina was fantastic! The staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The animation team truly made our trip special—they were full of energy, creativity, and always made sure everyone had a great time. Pikachu, in particular, was a standout, adding so much fun and excitement to our stay. Thanks to them, our vacation was unforgettable. We can't wait to come back!

This property definitely exceeded our expectations! Huge family room was really an apartment. Comfortable beds, nice large patio. The dinner and breakfast buffet was excellent with a large variety of dishes and excellent coffee The indoor pool and gym was a great bonus which we really appreciated in the chilly windy weather Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially Radhouane

Room, apartment, view, pool in olive trees. Good cleaning Lady. Tickets for Aqualandia & Chartage Land. We got better unit with two bathrooms. Medina with the hotel.

Beautiful & clean property. Had a free upgrade to a bigger apartment. Well ventilated rooms. Fresh look. Helpful staff especially Issam at reception, who was courteous & very kind. Kids loved the swimming pools and ice cream. Nice beach. Aquapark and Carthage land access was an added bonus Plenty of food available Thank you the hotel staff for their hospitality. Will come again
